| This is a South African 2ft Gauge Garret bourght some time in the 1990's. It is planned that it shall be gauge converted to 2ft 6in sometime in the next 8 years so it will be ready for when G42 goes in for its 10 year overhaul. The Bogie units are sitting at emerald on NQR's as can be seen in the photos. There are past of this loco at Belgrave and Clayton. While the bulk of it is in the shed at gembrook. |
